As a small business, it is essential for us to maintain clear terms and conditions. We kindly request that you review them prior to booking your appointment.

All booking cancellations or changes must be submitted by 9:00 AM along with an absolute minimum of 24 hours notice in advance. Failure to comply will result in a £20 fee, as the appointment cannot be reallocated. Please make any changes via voicemail or text message only, to Carolyn on 07888 837036, rather than through social media or email, to ensure prompt receipt of your message.
