Avoid moisturisers or eye creams in the area

Avoid SPF's on the area

Avoid Sudacrem, Germolene and any thick creams

Avoid usual skincare in the area 

Avoid make-up in the area of healing

Avoid fake tans in the area of healing

You will develop small crusts or scabs. Do not pick or encourage to come off early

Avoid friction on treated  areas 

​​Avoid UV exposure

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tub

Avoid exercise that causes sweating

Avoid baths, but shower gently

Only apply Aloe Vera gel using cotton wool and NOT your fingers.
