Avoid moisturisers on the area

Avoid SPF's on the area

Avoid Sudacrem, Germolene and any thick creams

Avoid usual skincare in the area 

No make-up in the area of healing

No fake tans in the area of healing

You will develop small crusts or scabs. Do not pick or encourage to come off early

Avoid friction on treated  body areas 

Avoid any heat that causes the skin to flush

Avoid UV exposure 

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tub

Avoid gyms, exercise and raising heart rate

Avoid hot, spicy foods and alcohol

Only apply Aloe Vera gel

Apply using cotton wool and NOT your fingers
