Avoid moisturisers on the area

Avoid SPF's on the area

Avoid Sudacrem, Germolene and any thick creams

Avoid usual skincare in the area 

No make-up in the area of healing

No fake tans in the area of healing

You will develop small crusts or scabs. Do not pick or encourage to come off early

Avoid friction on the area

Avoid any heat that causes the skin to flush

Avoid sitting in front of a fire

Avoid sitting in hot sun

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tub and baths

Avoid gyms and exercise

Avoid hot and spicy foods

Gently clean the area with Witch Hazel Water, morning and night during healing using cotton wool
